the room at four points was clean and comfortable. the staff when we checked in were polite and welcoming. the 24-hour fitness center was a great perk for working out, and the indoor heated pool was a nice place to unwind after a long day.

great access to parks and art for weekend explorers

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the beds are super comfortable and the customer service is really attentive, which made my city explorations even more enjoyable. Being so close to the Lynden Sculpture Garden and the beautiful River Barn Park allowed me to walk and soak in the local art and nature effortlessly.

The facilities at Four Points were excellent, particularly the well-maintained pool area which includes both indoor and outdoor options, as well as a hot tub and sauna. The breakfast staff provided attentive service and the variety offered in the breakfast buffet was impressive.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially when we needed help with our walkie-talkies for the wedding event. However, the small room lacking a fridge was a letdown for our stay.

Great Amenities But Needs Maintenance

The indoor pool was a nice option for relaxation, but the overall cleanliness, particularly in the pool area, was disappointing. I wish the outdoor pool had been operational during our stay. The staff were friendly and quick to assist, making our two-night stay better than it could have been.

I stayed in the Guest room with 1 King and Sofa bed. The room was comfy, and the bed was great for a good night's sleep. I liked how clean it felt, and the temperature control was perfect. However, I noticed the ceiling was leaking, which was a bit concerning. Also, it felt like the housekeeping could've done a better job—my room wasn't cleaned during my entire stay. Overall, it was okay but could use some improvements.
